-No returns or replacements for any products, as we provide original photos and a detailed video on our Instagram page.
-Customers are requested to check all details before confirming the order.
-In case of damage, a parcel opening video is mandatory.
-Returns or replacements are applicable only for damaged products.
-For size-based products, if you are in doubt, please choose the next size to avoid fitting issues.
Product & Design Note
-Our designs include cut works, foil prints, scallops, etc., created using different machines and ironing methods.
-Minor thread differences cannot be considered as damage.
